Her entire life is affected not only during her menses but also by the changes in her body, her hormones and temperature throughout the month. Ayurveda offers a great understanding of menstruation, the changes during the month and the causes of menstrual imbalances like Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, Painful periods, Fibroids and heavy/intermittent periods to name a few. Additionally, Namita received the Gold Star Employee Award during her stint as a software engineer at Microsoft.
